The soothing and balancing properties of lavender hydrosol with the revitalizing effects of rosemary hydrosol, this toner is a savior for the skin. This toner will contribute a smoothing and restorative effect to dry, chapped skin as well as balancing out oily and problem skin! Combined with the Jaimeearl balancing masque, it helps you say “no problem” in problematic skin situations.
Directions
Place a desired amount of Willowbark Clearing Astringent on clean hands, gently pat on face and allow to dry. Or, spray onto face and neck. Use as often as desired.
